Home visits offered upon my discretion, at an additional cost for patients who are homebound and/or lack access to public transportation.

Cancellation Policy
I request that my patients call me 24 hours before cancellation. "No shows" are unacceptable and there will be a fee for a "no show". I respect your time and I ask you to please respect mine.
